Emily first found yoga in 2010 while studying dance in university – in a world defined by rigidity and perfection at the barre, she craved freedom and creativity on the mat. yoga has taught her compassion – that we are in constant evolution, always reaching for growth. if we allow it, the physical asana practice goes much further than the movement on the mat.
she is trained in vinyasa, prenatal, yoga nidra, kids yoga, and stand-up paddle board yoga. in her classes you can expect to dance, play and explore your way through thoughtful and dynamic sequencing. while the dancer in her craves creative transitions, there is always the invitation to listen to personal body structure and inner creativity.
Emily is also the creator of salt yoga, a yoga community in bermuda that offers workshops, retreats, and a virtual yoga platform. her ultimate goal is to empower others to be the best version of themselves, in physical body, growing mind and authentic spirit.
